I can't find the Custom Menu option on Coraline

  On the politicworm.com menu page I’m trying to move the pages grouped under “Shakespeare Who?” to the top of the list so that this section shows first in the menu bar. I’m finding this next to impossible. It will only allow me to move one title at a time. Although Coraline claims to have a custom Menu option, I see no such thing on the menu page, only Theme Locations, Custom Links, Pages, Categories, and Format. None of these show any way of dealing with the location of the pages on the Menu bar.
