I can’t find the live chat button anywhere

  I have several problems I need help with but I can’t find the live chat anywhere using a laptop or my mobile device. Can someone direct me to where it is? I read that there is supposed to be a blue/white question mark you can press to start a chat and I don’t have that.

  What is the address of your site? Is it hosted here at WordPress.com? Does it have a Premium plan or higher (required to access Livechat with WordPress.com staff).?

  It is hosted by Blue host. I don’t know what plan I have since I got WordPress when I got blue host.

  I’m afraid you only get Livechat support here if you have a site hosted here too. If your site is over at BlueHost then you either get support from them (if they offer it?) or (certainly no option of Livechat) from the WordPress.org forum at

  I Googled. The answer is yes, for $99 per month.
