I can't find the 'old' method of creating a post. I'm getting that 'bloop,

    I create new posts by using the ‘old’ editing method. Today, I could not find it. I was forced to use the new method, and it didn’t work well. Can anyone tell me if there is a new way to access the ‘old’ way of doing things (creating a post)?
