I can't find the Reading Panel

  Hello,
  I am trying to create a Static Front Page but I cannot find the Reading Panel in my settings to set my front page to static. Is this because I have the free version of wordpress? Or am I completely missing it…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You have it, if you’re the blog admin instead of just an editor. It’s on the dashboard under Settings, down near the bottom of the list on the left-hand sidebar at http://sunshinecoastdiy.wordpress.com/wp-admin
