I cant find the right help

I would like to contact wordpress directly, as I can seem to retrieve my account properly – I have 2. When I ask for a password to be rest – it only gives me access to my new blog, and not the old one. Very frustrated and would rather email me issue directly, and have it resolved
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

When you submit an account recovery form https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery our account recovery Staff will deal with your issue by email, not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

Hi Thanks, im so confused ;-) I have a blog https://joslibrary.wordpress.com/. I could not remember the password or email I used – so started UKSAFFER with a view to copy and remake a blog. But I lost all of my hard copies. Im now trying to recover joslibrary. All the forms I complete, for passwords, only gets me back to uksaffer. I cant seem to ”find” joslibrary. when completing the account recovery, it wont submit.
