I can't find the 'upload theme' in appearance – > themes option! HELP!!

  I can’t find the upload theme option in appearance :theme. On there help page it is written that it should be there. But I couldn’t find. I need to upload a new theme.

  Here at WordPress.com we can’t upload themes, that is only possible if you self-host your blog and install the WordPress.org software, here’s a description of the differences to make things clearer.

  You can pick from the hundred of free and premium themes here though, check out the live previews and filter the themes by specific features to see which will best suit your needs.
