I can't find the 'upload theme' in appearance – > themes option! HELP!!

I can’t find the upload theme option in appearance :theme. On there help page it is written that it should be there. But I couldn’t find. I need to upload a new theme.

We do not have the ability to upload themes on WordPress.com and if you saw a help page saying you could that help page was probably for WordPress.ORG, which a completely separate and different system:

To get a WordPress.org website you need to buy your own domain and hosting and install the WordPress.org software on that domain. For help with that you need to consult the WordPress.org support forums: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
