i cant find where to edit photos on my blog

I want to adjust the measurements and size of photos on my blog. Everywhere it tells me to go into settings – media to do it, or to go into the media library and do it there. The case is just that there are nowhere in settings I can find a media button, and nothing in the media library either. Do I have to upgrade for this or am i just blind?
Please help a poor person with too large images :/The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I think the problem you’re having is that you’re confused between the two toolbars. I got confused about them at the start too!
There’s a general toolbar (sorry I don’t know what the proper name for it is!). It’s the light blue toolbar down the left side of your screen that says Stats, Plan, Blog Posts, Pages etc etc.
The toolbar YOU need is the WordPress Admin toolbar – it has different options. To access it, click on the name of your blog, just above the “Stats” option. A black bar will appear at the top of your page. Hover your mouse over the top left corner (where it says “My Site”) and choose “WP Admin” from the dropdown menu that appears.
Hooray! The black WordPress Admin toolbar should now be on the left side of your screen. At the bottom of the list is the Settings. Hover over it, and a menu will pop up on the right. In there is the MEDIA you are looking for! Click on it, and it will allow you to change the settings for your pictures :)

hi! Thank you for your advice! very easy to understand :)
But problem remains :( I can go as far as seeing the My Site button on my blog, but when I hover, nothing happens, no drop down menu. I am currently using Mozilla Firefox, does it have anything to do with the browser maybe? -

Is the button you are clicking on a black bar at the top of your browser?
Try hovering / clicking on the (W) next to it?

I did, but the same thing happens, the W and MySite seems to be the same button… it just sends me back to the general settings page…

Try adding
/wp-admin/
to the end of your website url.
