I don’t have a Fax machine and I have multiple blogs. All you need is an email address to register a username account.

This is extremely weird. I have been here for 8 years and never ever has a FAX machine been required. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

I’m not sure I understand. We do not require a fax machine to sign up on WordPress.com.
Where are you being asked to provide a fax machine number when you sign up for a WordPress.com site? Can you provide a screenshot or link to where this is coming up for you? You can post the screenshot on any free image sharing service.

It looks like this must be a requirement from the Netherlands, but I’ll confirm that with the team that handles domains.

Looks like my suspicion was correct. We are required to include that field for the Netherlands.
You should be able to simply include a phone number and complete the process.
