    Hey there –

    I understand that you’re having trouble with following other sites. Please share a few examples so we can take a better look at things. Also, do you see an error message of any kind?

    The error message i get is the following.

    “Unable to follow site”. It doesn’t work on computer or mobile device.

    Hi there,

    I can’t follow any accounts, which i like the content they have.

    Can you give us one example of an account you are trying to follow? We are not familiar with the error message you shared, so we would like to retrace your steps and see if we get the same issue.

    What is the URL of the page you are on when trying to follow the site? You are clicking on a button on that page or some other method? Can you point out the button you are clicking and any other steps you are taking to get that error message it will allow us to take a look on our end.

    Also I see you are using Safari as your browser. Often, when an issue like this occurs, it can be traced to an expired (or broken) login auth cookie stored on your local web browser. With this in mind I would like you to try the following

    • clear your cache and cookies based on the steps Apple recommends here: https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/clear-your-browsing-history-sfri47acf5d6/mac
    • Also make sure the “block all cookies” setting is un-checked under Safari > Settings > Privacy
    • If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox or Chrome. Are you able to proceed if you use a browser other than Safari?

    One example is mermaidspen.wordspress.com

    I dont work on the app, or Microsoft Edge, or safari, or any other.

    Hi @danydrisell, I think I may have fixed it. Since it’s been bit since you could follow sites, please be careful to avoid following a list of sites all at once. Following too many sites too quickly can deactivate that capability on your account, and that can become permanent. If you’re trying to follow many sites that post about a particular topic, you might try following that topic instead. Hoping this helps!
