I can't follow blogs

Some days ago i exported the list of blogs i follow and try to import again.
Since i did that, i can’t follow any blog. I’ve tried with several blogs.
I think there’s a problem with my account, or maybe there is a block or error.
what can i do to solve this?

It seems you’ve tried to exported and again imported back, I did do the same to test your problem if it’s true or not.
Yes, I think it is a bug in the system which we should report it.

I would first like to thank @eldestrio to bring this to our attention that when someone uses Export and Import feature which is available when you go to
https://wordpress.com/following/manageFirst I did was export and unfollowed some blogs or sites and again imported it through the feature which is available Reader > Followed Sites > Manage.
And when the import got completed I recevied mail.Now the real problem is here,
When I go to Reader > and click on the follow button it shows the error message shown in the screenshot.
https://cldup.com/zlOV9ENOyk.pngI thought this might solve clearing the browser cookies, also tried in Private mode at chrome still the issue exists.
And also, unable to follow through that “Follow” button which is available at the right-hand at the bottom of the page.

This issue only happens after using export and import feature, after that I tried to follow the blogs and sites couple of times same error message.

Why did you do that? The export feature is intended for if you want to export your followed sites to an external RSS feed reader.
By exporting and re-importing the list to your WordPress.com account you’ve triggered our measures to prevent bulk-following of WordPress.com sites through automated processes, and that causes your account to be blocked from following more sites. In this case it’s likely because our system sees you trying to re-follow sites you’re already following, which is something a bot would do.
I’ve reported this to the team to look into in any event. I’ve re-enabled follows for both your accounts.
