I can't format or edit my article

  WordPress.com control panel makes my Firefox collapse. Ok, I switched to Chrome. Now:
  My visual and html tabs won’t work.
  I cannot format my paragraphs or font type. Whatever setting I choose, I get this(1/1 scale):

  I restarted Chrome, it’s the same. I can’t post. Help.

  Please check here to be sure the Visual editor has not been disabled. > Users > Personal settings
  Visual Editor__Disable the visual editor when writing
