  Why I can’t find my sub-domain on google?
  Also, I can’t sign in on google workspace for my sub-domain, But why?

  You won’t find a free site on Google Workspace. To do so you need a paid plan from wordpress.com – https://wordpress.com/pricing/ – and Google – https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/adding-google-workspace-to-your-site/
