    I paid $48 and I can’t do SEO because they wont let me connect a plugin how do I get my money back your service is a ripoff.

    WordPress.com itself is already SEO-friendly – https://wordpress.com/support/seo/ – so you really don’t need a plugin to enhance your SEO.

    You can only install plugins on the Business Plan. This is very clear indicated at https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    You can cancel your purchase yourself. You find all info at https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/
