i cant get a refund

  i am trying to cancel my upgrade but when i submit the cancel and refund request i dont get the conformation or the email

  Provided your are logged in under the username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to cancel request a refund yourself directly from the Store -> My Upgrades section of your Dashboard
  See instructions for getting a refund http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/#refunds As you cannot do that I have flagged this thread for Staff assistance.
