I can’t get a refund for personal plan

    Hello. I upgrade from personal to business plan yesterday and wanted to refund both of them today. I was able to only refund the business plan but not the personal plan. ( I am well within the refund period).

    I have processed the rest of that refund for you. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up within 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
