Add topic to favorites
I can’t get access to my own site. I’m getting a message that says the site has been marked private. But: a) it is my site; and b) this has never happened before. Has WordPress been hacked or is it experiencing some form of system crash?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I can get in to my blog but not into the Reader….same messages as you’re talking about above.

Something’s up – same here . but when I googled the site to see whether the blog was still up, when I clicked the Google link, the dashboard came up and I was still signed in for some weird reason and I got back in .

Yep, I’m having the same problem, can’t access my stats or reader section. Feel better that it’s not just me, but hope it’s fixed soon!

Just to add, the page I’m getting anytime I click on ‘stats’ says:

http://wordpress.com/ is marked private by its owner. You can:
* Request access to view the site. We’ll send your username to the site owner for their approval.
* Log out and sign in as different user.
* Learn about privacy settings.

I get the same message when I try to access stats on my site. I am able to see the site itself and use the dashboard.

Glad it’s not just me. I can’t get to my stats or reader. Ic an see my blog and click comments and see other blogs. But no dashboard or main wordpress page. Came here looking for some kind of notice.

Keep calm everyone.. It looks like a problem for a lot of people, including myself. If you look at the forum, it’s blowing up with the same issue. I am sure wordpress staff will be getting it sorted out very soon.
