I can’t get access to my site
-
Hello WordPress team.
I build my wordpress site in a free theme.
When I today, went inside my website link to see the stats and publish posts from my drafts. I couldn’t able to get into the manage. It is showing, “Failed to retrieve my sites”. And, also, when I went into my account and touch the “Manage blog”, I can see my site name and me as a administrator, But I don’t know why I can’t able to get into my site.
And, also… While trying to enter, It is showing “Select a site ” But nothing is showing down.
Can you please help me to get my site back.
Thank you. -
I am having the same problem. I thought it was a plugin I dowloaded but I was able to deactivate it and I still can’t get many pages on the admin screen to load properly and my site isn’t listed in my account. Is WordPress.com having platform-wide issues right now?

I don’t know. I didn’t upload any plugin’s. I just used the free theme on wordpress and built this site, Now, I can’t able to get access to my site. I don’t know what to do. It’s my months and months of hardwork.

I’m having the same problem. My editor and contributors are having the same problem. They cannot access the dashboard. Even the AI generated help doesn’t seem to be working.
@jenheavenbyhell – I don’t use any plug-ins, not even the jetpack app.
@jesptowebsite – I agree it must be a site-wide/platform-wide issue.

I can log in through my iPhone but not through my computer (Chromebook). It worked great for over a year until now.

Hello veradayauthor,
Since the noon hour (mountain time), I’ve been unable to access my dashboard using a Windows 11 desktop using the Microsoft Edge (Chromium) browser. In looking around the various threads this afternoon, it seems to be a wider outage of some kind. I was able to access my dashboard earlier in the morning, then I couldn’t connect. It seems the only response given was “clear the cache memory.” If that didn’t work, turn off your router or disconnect from wifi to purge the DNS memory. Did that too. It didn’t work. Interestingly, a support tech said older Chromebooks experience this kind of problem. His solution of buying a new (or newer) Chromebook seemed very unreasonable. You can’t ask members using Chromebook to buy a new one every 12-18 months.
I found my workaround in using Firefox. I don’t want to be using a separate browser or use my phone just to manage my WP site, and said so in a new thread. I told them I was disappointed with their lack of a timely response.

I have this same problem which has been happening since sometime yesterday morning (July 16th) – it worked first thing. I use free WordPress and have 3 sign-ons and 8 sites. The websites are working but I cannot log in to perform any maintenance. Anyone got any ideas?

Glad clearing the cookies worked for all. Did the master purge of all cookies myself and everything is back in working order.
Best to you all:
