I can’t get access to my site to delete it.

    Hello,
    I keep getting this message when I try to delete this site.

    ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection.’

    It looks like I’ve been hacked. I don’t want to close my account but I will if need be. Is there any way to just delete my site? Thank you for any assistance you can give.

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Hi there:

    The Jetpack connection for your site only allows you to manage the website here at WordPress.com. The Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection only indicates that your website is not currently connected to your account.

    Since you mentioned your website got hacked, that would explain the message. Deleting your WordPress.com account would have no impact on your website or fix any issues with it.

    If you decide to use Jetpack in the future, you do need to connect to a WordPress.com account in order to fully activate it.
