I can’t get access to speak with someone directly about a billing issue.

I have filled out the contact form multiple times over the past couple days, I have emailed the help email, and I have chatted with a robot for over 4 hrs. The robot said it would put me in a priority queue to speak to a human and I sat here waiting with still no answer. My site is down, I don’t have access to my account. It’s saying my account doesn’t exist. We had a billing issue. Our credit card was compromised so it got canceled and when I tried to login to wordpress to update the card it won’t let me log in. Is there anyway to get actual help?
