I can't get help here?
-
My site was not set to expire until the 26th of July. I can’t access anything through my dashboard and it looks like everything is gone. And I keep trying to fill out this support ticket and nothing happens.

Hi there,
Can you confirm the URL of the site you need help with?
The WordPress.com account you used to post here only owns the site, http://bluenoteroast.wordpress.com/. You’ve never made any changes to that site, and haven’t accessed that site or this account since you created them a year ago.
You’ve never bought any upgrades from us, so there’s nothing that can expire.
So either your site is under a different WordPress.com account, or with another hosting provider completely. If you can share the URL, we can help you figure out what that is.
Also, please note that we do not tolerate rude and abusive behaviour in these forums, including the use of profanity. I’ve removed the offensive language from your comments above, and deleted the other thread you created with similar language.
Any further behaviour like this, in this thread or any new threads you create, will result in your ability to post in these forums being suspended.

That is my site. I purchased a domain a year ago and the personal plan . They’re set to expire on the 26th. I had a couple of blogs and a number of pages on the site. And now it’s all gone.
That’s why I don’t understand. I’ve made several changes to the site. All year long. The last time was in May. I can’t believe it’s this hard to get help from WordPress.

Bluenoteroast.coffee. I can still get to the page typing that in my browser. But my dashboard is empty.

Hi there, usually when something like this happens, it means you have another WordPress.com account. I took a look at the site you mentioned bluenoteroast.coffee and there are posts there from the account
justdontdrink191017If that is the correct account, first log out of this account at https://wordpress.com/me (click on the Log Out button on the left side) and then visit the Log In page at https://wordpress.com/log-in If you have access to the email address associated with that account, you can either reset the password by clicking on the Lost Password link there or send yourself an email with a one-time log-in link by clicking on the “Email me a login link”.
If you don’t have access to that email address any longer, you’ll need to recover your account following the support guide at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ Since it’s likely you have a paid upgrade on that account, you have one of the proofs of ownership.
Hope that helps.

To add onto what justjennifer said, even if you do not have access to the correct account, if you have your payment information you can use our “Why was I charged?” tool. It was built for situations such as this:
Let us know if anything is unclear or you have any further questions.

Well I’m not sure how it happened but I signed up with a different email. I don’t know why I get the updates through my regular email. I apologize for the language and the frustration.

Glad you were able to get the right site — and no need to apologize for being frustrated. Being logged into the wrong account can certainly cause all sorts of issues.
Enjoy your weekend!
