I want out of WordPress. How am I supposed to get back my menus and all the shit I had put together, I lost. I will demand a refund and have to put a google review about no customer service in WP. I am not a Website designer. I may have to use Legal action since we own a Law Firm

Also @choosehappyhealth – I took a quick look at the site. The number one issue I’m seeing is that almost everything is “Draft” status, which will makes it harder to get those things on the menu.
Do you want to just try publishing your posts and pages? They can always be edited later, and since your site isn’t launched yet, they aren’t public even if they’re published.
Then you can connect them with a menu as you’d like:
