I can't get in!

    Hi when I put in my email address that i think I’ve used to join up ( (email visible only to moderators and staff) ) it says I don’t exist.
    I paid via paypal 3 Mar 2019 12:11:21 GMT
    Transaction ID: (redacted)
    Please can you advise how I can log into the account I’ve paid for? Can you answer me via email to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there,

    This is a public forum. Please don’t post sensitive information like transaction IDs and contact information here.

    The transaction ID you provided is for a WordPress.com purchase made by a completely different username account, bonnietowe. For security reasons I cannot tell you the email address associated with that username in the forums.

    Please log out of the bonnyb1 account you used to post here (and which you created only minutes before this forum thread), and log back in as the correct username, and you’ll have access to your site and the upgrades you bought.

    What happened when you tried logging in to your other account as my colleague outlined?

    You’ll need to sign out of bonnyb1 and sign in to the bonnietowe one to proceed.
