I can’t get in.

    How can I get back in there? I paid 19 dollars end of January and have no significant help since. I can’t get in. Syed was helping me but was wrong. How can I get in? frustrating.

    Hi there!

    I looked at your support ticket form two months ago, and they informed you that you needed to log out of your @33brenda33 account and into the @brendarhino one because @brendarhino is the account that owns the site. You can find the log out button on your account page here: https://wordpress.com/me

    If you don’t remember what password you set for that account, you can reset it here and you’ll get an email to that account’s email address with a link to reset your password:

    If you don’t remember what email address you used and because you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you get access from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    If you see a partial transaction ID, you may need to contact your bank directly to get the full ID needed.
