I can't get in to my website

I have a pre-existing account and I cannot log in. I have tried to delete cookies, rename plug-ins, etc. I get a white page when I go to my usual log-in page. When I try to log into the general wp-login.php, it doesn’t recognize any of my information. I don’t know what to do and I am not a techy person. Please help.

I have a pre-existing account and I cannot log in

There are two questions you need to answer yourself:

    1. What is the exact URL of this old blog?
    2. Exactly which username account registered it?

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
    follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility

If the log-in information is lost visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

If you are not successful gaining access to the blog then please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff and provide proof ownership, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

I have tried the recovery link, but I don’t have the “validation” information they are asking for, so I cannot even send the email to try to recover my account. My page was created by a marketing person I hired who provided me with all my account information after he was finished. I do not have a “transaction ID” or “URL key.” All I know is my username and password- which have always worked until I tried to log in today. I cannot even log in to wordpress.com with my original user information, which is why I created this alternative username in order to reach out for help.
