I can’t get into both of my websites

    I am a high school teacher. I created a free WordPress.com website for school use (www.focofranco.wordpress.com), and then I created my own teacher blog paid website (www.leyogifrancophone.com). School is now starting, and I need to make changes to the site I use for students, but no matter what I do, I can’t find how to access it any more. I can ONLY access the paid account and make changes to that account. Any ideas???

    Hi there,

    What site are you trying to make changes to? I don’t see any paid sites in your account.

    http://focofranco.wordpress.com/ belongs to your account, and if you’re logged into this account you should have full access to change whatever you want on that site. That site is on our free plan.

    leyogifrancophone.com is not a WordPress.com site, but using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, and just connected to your account via the Jetpack plugin. The only people you’re paying for that site is your hosting provider, Bluehost.com.

    If you’re having trouble accessing that site’s dashboard, please contact Bluehost support directly so they can help you reset your admin password for that site.
