I can’t get into my account

  I’ve had a site for years and today got locked out changing my password. Now that I’m in, it says I don’t have a site and asks me to create one. What happened and how can I get back into my site?

  Situation is getting worse! Now it won’t recognize my email or user name. What’s happening? My goal for this weekend was to update my neglected website, and now I can’t even get in.

  That’s the place I’ve been trying to log in. I tried it again. Still doesn’t work. This is really stressing me out.
