    Hello! As far as I see, your websites are not hosted with WordPress.com ( per name servers are at HostGator ). However, you’re using WordPress, and most likely this is why you asked for help in this forum.

    This forum is for the fully managed WordPress installations ( WordPress.com ) and what you have on your website is a self-hosted WordPress installation.

    To better understand the difference take a look at this article: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you tried to reset your WordPress password and you’re not receiving the e-mail message, try to contact HostGator support, maybe they can see the server logs and see why the message is not reaching your e-mail address.
