  I know the password. I get on to where I see my profile name but no site, no purchase history, no payment history nothing. The only thing I could do is search Fore other blogs.

  Many thanks for getting back to us.

  Is it possible that you may have access to two WordPress accounts with different email addresses?

  If yes, you would need to login to the account that controls that website.
