  Hi. I can’t get into my blog. It doesn’t let me. I have already change the password twice. When I try to get in, it sends me to another blog that I didn’t create[…]. I am actually sending this email from a blog that it isn’t mine […]
  What can I do?

  I’m sorry I can’t help you but when we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads and I did that for you.   I can’t believe my blog is tied to another WordPress account.
  I tried to contact you using the account recovery form but it didn’t let me because I don’t have any of the things you are asking.
  This is what I wrote in my email:

  We can’t verify ownership without that information. Your best option at this point is to try any and all email addresses you own at: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Then check your inboxes and spam folders to see which email owns the address.
