I can't get into my blog.

I’ve tried getting in, but when I sign in, wordpress tells me I have no accounts in my name. It’s not an email question as I’ve only ever used one here. I can go to my blog but cannot access any administrative functions for it. There is a pencil icon showing but when I try to click on it or any other functions, the screen freezes in load mode.

Hi, Have you tried using the Email me a login link option below the main login window? That way, presuming you still have the same email account you used to open the account, you will be able to login directly from the email link where you can then check your settings, account username and change password if required.
Make sure you also have recovery email address/mobile phone number configured in

Yes, I’m unable to enter any information anywhere. The pages where I would type anything are all grayed out and blinking and I get an error message telling me “An error occurred while fetching your account recovery settings”. I cannot type any information on any page.

Which site are you trying to access?
Do you have any luck trying from a different internet connection? Or using a different web browser?
