I can’t get into my site

    im a very brand new in WordPress

    a hour ago I try to change some templet
    and from this moment I get this warning

    I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
