I can't get into my webpages – addendum

    Hi-

    I wrote earlier today to say that I had lost my admin / password info to get into my webpage. Actually, it is the same for *both* of my webpages. Here are the two URL’s:

    I’m sorry if I’ve introduced an inconvenience by duplicating my messages to you. I have a bit of visual organizational challenge, being vision impaired. I may have ‘sent’, or the previous message may have evaporated instead.

    So here is the challenge. I must find a way to get back into both of my webpages. If I couldn’t do that, I’d have to duplicate them and start over with new themes etc., but as I understand it that is a big no-no for getting found on google.

    Can you help me to re-access or reset the entry and password information?

    For verification, I have several emails (and sorry, not recalling which one I used if at all):

    (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I did also have a gmail address, but it has been problematic.

    I can be reached at any of the first three emails, and my phone number is [phone # redacted]. If any of this info can be used to verify me, great, otherwise, ask me what you need to so that you are sure that I am me!

    Hi Peter,

    The site, http://lifeafterheadinjury377376207.wordpress.com/, belongs to the username, wolfinstituteld. We cannot provide you the password or tell you the email address associated with that account under any circumstances, but you can use the username to request a password reset email.

    If that doesn’t work, you will need to verify your ownership via our account recovery form instead before we can give you access.

    The site at http://wolfleadershipinstitute.com/ is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help you with access to that site. The login details for that site has no connection at all to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.

    Apparently the caching issue when @kokkieh posted in this thread prevented the personal info from being redacted. I’ve gone ahead and done that now.
