I paid for my plan but was bumped off of it for some reason I know not. For a year now no one will let me speak to a human. I will be suing Workpress if you don’t connect me to a human from Word Press asap

Only, not the other wierd and incorrect thing. I demand to have my 10 years of writing and photos not stolen from me without my consent by allowing my domain to end and also not allowing me access to my website or to a human being. I demand a human being help me get this resolved or I will be taking legal action against WordPress. Here and now.
contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) immediately. I should not have to go through all this to simply retrieve my own work from my own website which I can’t access.

Hold your horses! You are simply logged in to the wrong account. Log out from current janiskirstein031017 and log in again as janiskirstein. Et voila problem solved!

OK so what is happening is that both the wrong website and the right one have the same email and I can’t get in either one to change either one. I want to get into https://janiskirsteinrigor.com but I keep getting into only the wrong url one. I still can’t get in and havent been able to since last January. And my url is about to be canceled so I will no longer be able to have that website, so I can’t get all my stuff off because it closes in 3 day. Thanks for your help but that doesn’t work. I have done that over and over and over and over. Please answer this again. I need to be given a password to enter https://janiskirsteinrigor.com. I have all kinds of id, like a state driver’s license, a birth certificate with my own baby foot prints stamped onto it.Please tell me what you need from me to let me in!!!! Thanks so much.
