I can’t get into my WordPress account

Okay I screwed something up. I was trying to add a login and registration account to my website by using the User Registration & Membership plug-in and I don’t know what I did, but somehow in it all I managed to change to URL for my wordpress login and now I cannot get into my account. I just keep getting redirected to my actual website and then on that webpage it says, This page doesn’t seem to exist.
‘It looks like the link pointing here was faulty. Maybe try searching?’ I have tried just putting in the URL directly with the /wp-admin and /wp-login.php at the end, but it just automatically changes the ending of my url to ?page_id=1689. When I look up how to fix it, most things say I might need to fix a plug-in, but I can’t get in my account to actually do that. I have cleared my cache and cookies but that hasn’t worked either.
