  When I try to get into my site, I get an error message that says I don’t have access. Can anyone help?

  What you’re trying to write is probably an email address. The website address (also called, Domain) is something like:

  yourwebsite.com or yourwebsite.wordpress.com

  It doesn’t contain any “@”.

  I did what you suggested and I still can’t get into my site.

  The name of it is healthonwheels. It is on WordPress.
