I cant get into my WP admin site

    Hi.
    I received the info of how to get into my new wordpress site.
    I tried entering the following so that i could type in the user name and password i was sent. http://gavinoverbrown.com/wp-admin

    But when I do, I get the following.
    “Oops! Internet Explorer could not find gavinoverbrown.com”.

    I don’t know what to do.

    (Is it anything to do with changing my name servers?. I did, however get the domain name from hostgator and followed the Quickinstall instructions.

    Thanks for your help.

    P.S – The blog url below isn’t the right one.
    It is http://www.gavinoverbrown.com.

    http: gavinoverbrown.com doesn’t appear to resolve at the moment, so we are unable to tell you who is hosting the website. That usually means:
    the domain doesn’t exist or you made a typo.

    I did, however get the domain name from hostgator and followed the Quickinstall instructions.

    We do not provide Hostgator support here. We don’t provide support for any blogs other than those hosted by WordPress.COM and that site is not one of them. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
