I can't get into one of my blogs

I manage two blogs –

which I am able to access and
which I cannot access.I cleared my cache recently and the password for the second one didn’t store. Tried to reset but it wont let me in. It thinks I only manage the top blog.
Really stuck as to what to do as I am less interested in doing anything with the first blog but the second one is really important to me and my family – I’ve put a lot of work into it and plan on doing more – its my dead father’s writings, which I started putting online when he was alive and I want to finish the job. I’m desperate to know what to do to access the second one. Shall I delete the first one entirely (its just an old test space) and then maybe it will let me access the second? I’m soooooo confused.
