  so I am writing from a site that isn’t the site I use because I can’t get into the back end of the site I do use which is grandmasjewelry123.com

  It appears you are logged into a different account than the one that owns the site, https://grandmasjewelry123.com/.

  You would need to log out of  @tammystonerpinkerton and log into the correct account to access the site. Try logging into the account using the username @grandmasjewelry123 to access your site.

  If you don’t remember the details to access the correct account, you can use the transaction ID from that charge on the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:
