I can't get my Blavatar to show up properly.

  Hi, My Blavatar (red background with the white letters “SL”) is only half correct (showing up in two places correctly and two places it is not showing up). It’s been out there for a week or two, so I don’t think it’s a time issue. Can you help? Thx! Vin
