I can’t get my domain back

Scenario:
1. I had a blog registered with wordpress.com, lesfriendly.wordpress.com
2. I decided to buy a domain and domain mapping through wordpress, lesfriendly.com, to point to it.
3. I decided to host my own site. I deleted lesfriendly.wordpress.com and made lesfriendly.com point to my own host
4. website working fine for a year
5. my domain purchase expired
6. Now I cannot access lesfriendly.com website, and I can’t “unlock” or manage “lesfriendly.com” through the settings, since I deleted lesfriendly.wordpress.com alreadyAnybody know how I can get my site back? I just want to purchase the domain again from another registrar, but it says I am still registered with wordpress.com (automattic)
