I can't get my domain back

  Hi, I accidently created blog site instead of a website at lovigen11.wordpress.com So, I thought about deleting the blog site and creating new site with that adress but it say’s that lovigen11.wordpress.com is already in use but I deleted the site. Can I please get access to my domain again? I don’t want any other adress. I just want lovigen11.wordpress.com

  Site deletion is permanent. We aren’t able to restore this site for you. More information about site deletion is available here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  This is why you had to confirm and sign off on the warnings when you deleted the site.

  You’ll need to pick a new site address to get started again. Let me know if you need further help or have other questions about this process.
