I can't get my posts to show on the pages that I want them to show.

  I want my post to show on another page on my site. All of the pages seem to be static except for the home page and i need them to be blogroll style so that I can post a new blog on each page regularly… for example, recipes on the nutrition page, workouts on the crossfit page, etc…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
