I can't get my video to upload

  I have tried uploading directly from my computer and I have tried to embedding a url through youtube, and neither of them will work for me. The drag in upload option rejects the files I try to add in, the traditional file selection upload option just idles, and the url embedding option rejected my URL when I tried uploading from youtube. Even a video that I uploaded on a previous post a few weeks ago will not upload now. I have no upgrades, and I am currently using Google Chrome. Why is this happening to me? I’ve been trying to get this to work for 45 minutes now, and I’m pissed.

  WordPress.com supports these video embeds > http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/
  If you do upload your own videos to youtube or another one of the supported sites then you don’t need to purchase the videopress upgrade.
