I cant get my website to be live…

My website is kindjourney.com
My web developer used coachlisaz.com as a temporary until it was ready to go live. I used to have admin access — now neither of us can get into the admin access.
My log in is:

Ive gotten several different error messages. Can you please help me fix this?

Please do not post your sensitive information like password & username on these public forums.

@onethingcoachlisaz please change your password as soon as possible. These forums are public, and if you post your username and password, someone could take over your site. I’ve redacted them for you, but I would still change them if I were you, and make sure you’re not using that login/password combo anywhere else.
Noting too as your site is not on our servers (it’s at GoDaddy) you’ll actually want to use the resources over at WordPress.org instead. Here’s one that may help you:

Your host can likely help you with one of those reset methods. If you need more help, you can use the community forums at https://wordpress.org/support — as these forums are for sites hosted here.
