i can't get password, old email is gone,i have no idea to get new email, support is not doable

    i can’t get into my blog,my old email is gone,won’t work;my password is lost.i need real help.i don’t understand all the ‘administration’?? stuff.i have no idea what it means.–too complex. the dumb ‘crossover’ part is no help, can’t get me the password; i am blocked from wordpress blogs i need to get into. my only email now is ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ and WP. it won’t take my id for my blog.so what is all my info. for my blog? its all gone,or hidden.i can’t even get my log in name,or email. i am screwed.
