I can't get rid of ads!!!!!

  I have purchased the NO Ad’s add on and they are still popping up….please send me in the right direction to solve this. I won’t keep this website with pop up ads.

  We don’t display pop up ads on blogs hosted at WordPress.com, and I’ll be happy to take a closer look.

  Can you let me know if you get the same result when using a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome?

  If you do get the same result, can you take a screenshot where you’re seeing the ad and upload it to the Media Library of your WordPress.com blog?
