I can't get rid of the "Just another wordpress.com site" below my blog's title?

  I can’t get rid of the “Just another wordpress.com site.” that sits below my blog’s title?
  Everytime I try to delete the text, it doesn’t change anything? Is this line permanent? I wanted to personalize this.

  From your blog Dashboard, go to Settings → General and the second field allows you to change the tag line which is initially set to “Just another wordpress.com site.”. Change the tagline, s,ave your settings by clicking the Save button at the bottom in the page, clear your cache(http://codex.wordpress.org/I_Make_Changes_and_Nothing_Happens#Clearing_the_Browser_Cache), even wait for some time, and refresh your page.
