I can't get rid of the login/sign up widget on the bottom of my website

  There is a login bar on the mobile version of my website that scrolls with my website. It wasn’t there before and I didn’t change anything.

  On the desktop version of my website it is 3 dots on the bottom right corner of the website that also scrolls with the website.

  I need to remove this because it ruins the flow of my website. I don’t want it but I can’t seem to find anything to get rid of it.

  It is a WordPress.com not WordPress.org website
