I can’t get tags to work

  I’m an absolute beginner. I’m trying to put tags into my posts. I have successfully created the tags – I can see them in Editor when I click on Tags.

  But in my posts, I don’t know how to turn keywords into Tags. How do I activate the tags so a reader can see and use them?
